1. Scope

These terms govern use of eeyd.ch and the barbershop services offered by EEYD.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings require a verified account.
  • Some services require a deposit (non-refundable if cancelled <24h before).
  • Three consecutive no-shows may suspend your account.

3. Cancellations

  • More than 24h ahead: full deposit refund.
  • Less than 24h: deposit retained.
  • Cancelled by us: full refund or rescheduling.

4. Memberships

  • Auto-renews monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime; service stays active until end of paid period.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices in CHF, VAT included. Payments processed by Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

All site content belongs to EEYD.

7. Liability

EEYD is not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions or services not suited to undeclared skin/hair conditions.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law. Jurisdiction: courts of Zurich.
